Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 2 oz dark chocolate, melted
Steps
- 1 Warm milk, cream, and sugar, then whisk in cocoa until dissolved.
- 2 Stir in melted chocolate and cool completely.
- 3 Freeze flat in a Creami pint for 24 hours.
- 4 Process on Gelato, then re-spin until glossy.
