Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp dark cocoa powder
  • 2 oz dark chocolate, melted

Steps

  1. 1 Warm milk, cream, and sugar, then whisk in cocoa until dissolved.
  2. 2 Stir in melted chocolate and cool completely.
  3. 3 Freeze flat in a Creami pint for 24 hours.
  4. 4 Process on Gelato, then re-spin until glossy.
