Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 shots espresso, cooled
  • 2 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped

Steps

  1. 1 Whisk milk, cream, sugar, and espresso until sugar dissolves.
  2. 2 Freeze flat for 24 hours.
  3. 3 Process on Ice Cream.
  4. 4 Add chopped chocolate and run the Mix-In cycle.
