Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 shots espresso, cooled
- 2 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped
Steps
- 1 Whisk milk, cream, sugar, and espresso until sugar dissolves.
- 2 Freeze flat for 24 hours.
- 3 Process on Ice Cream.
- 4 Add chopped chocolate and run the Mix-In cycle.
