Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1/3 cup simple syrup, or to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Pinch of salt

Steps

  1. 1 Let mango thaw for 5 minutes, then pack into a Creami pint with syrup, lime, and salt.
  2. 2 Freeze flat for 24 hours.
  3. 3 Process on the Sorbet setting.
  4. 4 Re-spin once with a splash of water if it looks crumbly.
