Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1/3 cup simple syrup, or to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Pinch of salt
Steps
- 1 Let mango thaw for 5 minutes, then pack into a Creami pint with syrup, lime, and salt.
- 2 Freeze flat for 24 hours.
- 3 Process on the Sorbet setting.
- 4 Re-spin once with a splash of water if it looks crumbly.
