Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup simple syrup
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Zest of 1 lime

Steps

  1. 1 Combine everything in a Creami pint.
  2. 2 Freeze flat for 24 hours.
  3. 3 Process on Sorbet.
  4. 4 Re-spin with a splash of water for a smoother finish.
