Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 cup fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers

Steps

  1. 1 Blend almond milk, cream cheese, protein powder, and pudding mix until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour into a Creami pint and freeze flat for 24 hours.
  3. 3 Process on the Lite Ice Cream setting until creamy.
  4. 4 Add strawberries and graham crackers, then run the Mix-In cycle.
