Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3/4 cup fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers
Steps
- 1 Blend almond milk, cream cheese, protein powder, and pudding mix until smooth.
- 2 Pour into a Creami pint and freeze flat for 24 hours.
- 3 Process on the Lite Ice Cream setting until creamy.
- 4 Add strawberries and graham crackers, then run the Mix-In cycle.
